SOURCING
Our journey started with the cultivation therefore, we are aware of how important is getting perfectly fresh raw material from the field. Based on our experience in the cultivation of Sunflower and Rapeseed we have built the wide network of partners supporting us with the acquisition of the best quality fruit raw material.We source from the partners who follow and understand our philosophy of acquiring raw materials.
PROCESSING
We inspect all batches on our own or request analysis from our supplier. We want to be sure our claims are supported by external lab analysis. We are building our success on own production base and support our growth with fair partnerships. Careful selection of companies provides the opportunity to expand our operations into new areas. We are open of cooperation in accessing new raw materials and services which comply with our own asset base.
PACKAGING
We ship oils in flexitanks (24000l) and plastic barrels (1000l), but we can, also, offer packing services of our products into retail packages on customer request. Sizes and weights can be negotiated. Products are packed with attention to the smallest detail so that the articles are properly protected against the harmful effects of external factors, light and impurities. A constant branch of our production is the packaging of oil for companies with their logo and label.
LOGISTIC
We arrange transport and we are able to track our consignment until delivery. There is a monitoring of sensitive goods transport concerns substances such as ethyl alcohol, fuels, lubricants, solvents, raw tobacco, and vegetable oils. The carriers of these goods must comply with a number of obligations specified by law. The inclusion of vegetable oils in the monitoring system is related to the possibilities offered by the methyl and ethyl esters of fatty acids contained in them. All transports that exceed 500 kg or 500 l and are transported in unit packages exceeding 26 kg or 26 l must be covered by the monitoring system. All our transposts comply with those standards.
